Most timber frame companies have the steelwork made and then ship it to their works for timbering, we can timber the steelwork and deliver direct to site, avoiding any work for the timberframe company and saving them a delivery charge to site.

All steelwork is marked to the customers procedure with Contract No, Item No, Weight, zone, level, plot or colour coding etc. as required. Also if requested we can attach the bolts for each assembly to each beam and so reduce time on site and lost bolts, this also ensures the timber frame erectors use the correct bolts for the correct connections.
